SBCPL was established in 1991 as a Private Company. Avinash Foujdar (Cost and Management Accountant) and Swati Foujdar (Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary) are the founders and directors of the company. Our company is providing consultancy and services in the area of Business, Management, International Trade, Taxation, IT & ITES, Finance & Accounts and Investments. We have our Head office in Pune and presence in all the major business clusters in India. The offices of our associate firms are located all over India. The Board of Directors of the Company consists of Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants and professionals with specialized knowledge in the focus areas of the company.

We were one of the leading consulting and service company in the area of International Trade including - Indirect Taxes like Customs, Excise, Service Tax and VAT. We specialized in providing consultancy and services in the area of Imports / Exports and Export incentives. In addition we had developed specialization in Strategic Business Consultancy for Export Incentives and Exim Audit - a value addition tool. In year 2021-22, the business related to International Trade was transferred to our associate company - Eximtrade Consulting Services Pvt Ltd. Since then, company is now concentrating on business consulting and advisory services as well as engaged in the area of investments in securities within India and outside India. Company also provides services in the are of Internationalization to Indian and Foreign companies to expand in global markets. In last three decades, company has developed its investment activities and has established a solid and consistant track record of success. Company has also aquired the expertise required for taking these activities to the next level. In coming years, company is looking forward to show consistant and string performance and value creation for its stake holders. Company primarily focuses on long term investments in good businesses at early stages and try to ensure timely entry and exits.
