Swavin Business Consultants Private Limited (CIN: U65993PN1992PTC066836) is now a Non-Banking Financial Institution without accepting public deposits classified as Investment and Credit Company (NBFC-ND-ICC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) under Section 45-IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 having Certificate of Registration with effect from 18th June, 2025. The Company does not accept public deposits as defined under the applicable provisions of the RBI Act and directions issued thereunder. The registration granted by the Reserve Bank of India does not imply any guarantee or assurance by the RBI regarding the financial soundness of the Company or the correctness of any statements, representations or opinions expressed by the Company nor does it constitute a guarantee for repayment of any liabilities or obligations of the Company.
Regarding the investment activity, we undertake investments of own surplus funds which involves deploying business surplus into equity investments, primarily in Indian Listed Companies, identified through comprehensive in-house sectoral and company research. The objective is to invest in sound businesses with competent management at reasonable valuations.
